Strength in Togetherness – A Day of Reflection and Stability
Last night, the heavens opened up with a heavy shower, and by morning, the world felt refreshed. The air was crisp, the ground damp, and the cool breeze carried a sense of renewal.
Morning Talk: More Than Just a Gathering
Today’s morning talk was about togetherness.
🌙 We don’t invite friends for a feast because they are hungry.
🌙 We don’t meet under the moonlight just to see the moon.
We do these things because we love to be together.
Because solidarity matters.
Later, while discussing this with Mr. Mensah, I extended the thought:
✔ Being together gives us strength.
✔ Problems feel smaller when shared.
✔ We smile not because life is easy, but because we are stronger than our struggles.
It’s a simple truth, but a powerful one.
DPM & A Critical Issue
The Daily Production Meeting (DPM) was short and focused.
But a serious issue surfaced—Fine Coal Bin venting.
⚠ Why are we not venting the bin properly?
⚠ Without proper venting, pressure fluctuations will occur.
⚠ That directly impacts coal extraction, leading to operational inefficiencies.
This must be corrected. A small problem today can become a big one tomorrow.
Line#2 – Stability Achieved
On a positive note—Line#2 is running and much more stable now.
It’s taken effort, but we’re getting there. Now, we need to sustain this stability.
A Pleasant Afternoon – Not Just About Work
During the lunch break, the township felt alive.
🌿 Birds chirping everywhere.
🌤 A bright blue sky.
📷 Captured videos and photos—before and after lunch.
Nature had its own way of reminding me to pause and appreciate the moment.
